I really enjoyed this!

I always love stories that take place in this kind of setting and I think you did a fantastic job setting the atmosphere. The story was exciting, bleak yet hopeful and it had just the right amount of detail. I enjoyed all the characters, too, how Jensen is reluctant to embrace his leadership, but his friends help him through.

I hope you write a sequel at some point, because I want to see them fight the machines! Plus, I'm very interested in why it is that Jensen is so good at what he does, here.

Anyway, this rocked. Much love :)

Thank you so much for the kind comment. :) This story was my first long J2 fic and only my second J2 story. I'm flattered and relieved by how well it's been received. It was a long time in the making.

I'm taking a break from this 'verse right now, but a sequel is definitely not out of the question.

Thanks again for reading and taking the time to leave a review. You've made my weekend!

I enjoyed this a lot! I loved the dynamics between the survivors and how Jared and Misha fit in. Your Jensen was complex and badass and because the world was Terminator-esque, it was sort of instantly familiar. Thanks for sharing! :)

Thank you so much for the lovely review!

Normally world building isn't something I'm good at so I'm especially glad I managed to pull off something believable when I wrote this story.

Thanks again for reading and taking the time to comment. You've made my day!

Hi... well first I want to tell you that i loved your story. It is great and enjoyable.
There are so many things that I Like about it and so many lines and paragraphs that I would like to keep in my mind and heart. Let me tell you some of the most important things I wanna keep forever.
1. Jensen: the hero, the leader, the warrior, the intelligent and the so many more qualities he has.
2. The love , devotion, respect and caring the whole camp show to Jensen.
3. The way Jared and Jensen were slowly falling in love without it being "crash and bam" ( suddenly head over hills and can´t keep my hands off you kind of thing, not that I don´t like it , though)
4. the enviroment and how well i could imagine the scenery through your description.
5. the subtle changes Jensen´s character had through the story.
6. etc, etc, etc
As you can see , I am a huge fan, lover, crazy-Jensen girl and every story in which he is loved and the most important part, has a very special place in my heart.
Thank you very much and cogratulations.

Wow! I'm flattered by your feedback. <3

I'm an avid Jensen lover as well so I know exactly where you're coming from. It's wonderful to meet like-minded individuals who enjoy the same things I do.

6. etc, etc, etc

I think #6 was my favorite part. ;) Thanks again for the extensive feedback. You've absolutely made my night!

I really enjoyed reading this! Like some other people have said, it was a very hopeful read. :) I liked the way slow, building way you wrote the connection between Jared and Jensen, and their connection with the larger group as well. It wasn’t an insular focus on just their connection; it was expansive and connected to the group at large! I appreciated, for instance, that Jensen being upset about and having to connect with Chad as a friend played a part in his character development. I really enjoyed the dual POVs, too, and I thought you did a nice job writing from two different perspectives!

Thank you so much! I'm glad it came across as hopeful. Despite the bleak setting, it was a story about hope, about being stronger as a group.

I especially appreciate the comment about dual POVs! That can be hard to pull off, and I'm wary of confusing my readers because I know that detracts from the overall enjoyment of the story.

Thanks again for reading and taking the time to leave such a lovely review. I enjoyed reading your thoughts!

This was a great story! Despite of the dark and seemingly hopeless setting, I think it was full of hope and friendship and love. I´m happy I finally managed to read this :)
